You need to be rooted and running a compatible ROM (with OMS support).This is NOT compatible with the CM theme engine.ModernUI is a hybrid (dark/light) theme styled after Windows Phone 10 design. The backgrounds are dark except email and message applications and notifications for seek of better readability.
